Our villa is an ideal place for golfers and their families to enjoy the facilities of the El Valle golf resort, the local Murcia region with its numerous beaches and shopping centres. At the same time families looking for a peaceful and tranquil break would feel quite at home here.

The villa has its own private pool, with screened fencing all around to give complete privacy, There is an outside dining area, barbecue and 'chillout' area around the pool for ultimate indulgence.

The villa is situated between Banos and Mandigo, nearby to the Murcia-San Javier motorway, which allows you to reach downtown Murcia in about 10 minutes. Only being only 40 minutes away from the international airport of Alicante ensures easy communication with any of the main European cities, and the San Javier airport of Murcia is only 15 minutes away, with over 10 daily flights to and from the UK. The villa is suitable for children and will sleep up to 6 in 3 bedrooms. It has wheelchair access. Rates are between £395 to £750 depending on the season.
Local amenities are approx 1km and the nearest beach is Alcazeres and a car is advised.
Changeover day is flexible and we will consider Corporate bookings. Smoking is prohibited inside the villa and if you require to take pets please contact before hand. Our villa is Self-catering.
